Olivia Butler – Office Manager
Olivia is originally from New York, she moved to Georgia in 1987 & currently resides in Habersham County. She has had a career in Management since 2003 & began working for Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital in 2016.
In Olivia’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family & her fur babies.
Florence Foltz – Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician
Florence (Flo) is a Licensed Veterinary Technician from Alpharetta, GA. She graduated with honors with an AAS from Athens Technical College in 2009 and shortly after, passed the State Boards Exam for Veterinary Technology. After graduation, she spent 2 years traveling with Ringling Brother’s Circus as their on-call veterinary technician. She moved back home to Georgia in 2012 and has enjoyed working with small animals ever since. Flo lives in Cornelia with her husband and 1 cat.
Brittney Shields – Licensed Veterinary Technician
Brittney was born and raised in North Georgia. She graduated from Athens Technical College with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology in May 2013. Shortly after, she received her license as a Veterinary Technician. After graduating, she worked at clinics in the surrounding counties and as a zookeeper /commissary keeper at North Georgia Wildlife Park. Brittney loves spending her free time with her husband, 2 dogs, rabbits, and many reptiles.
Anna Smith – Veterinary Assistant
Anna Smith has been working with the Mill Creek family since 2021.
She has lived in Nevada most of her life but originated from California. She likes to spend her time with her daughter, family, and her two dogs. She enjoys activities outside and traveling. Anna is currently attending school to become a veterinary technician; continuing what she loves.
Emma Holland - Kennel Assistant
Emma graduated from Habersham Central High School in 2022. Emma’s passion is working with farm animals. She was very active in FFA and enjoyed showing cows while in high school. Emma lives on her family's farm and is working on starting her own heard. While working at Mill Creek she hopes to gain experience and attend Emmanuel College to major in animal science.
Kaitlin Stover - Veterinary Assistant
Kaitlin is originally from Ellijay, Georgia, but she essentially grew up in Rabun County working at a local Boy Scout camp. When she isn't at work, you can find Kaitlin outside enjoying nature, playing video games, or going on spontaneous adventures with her friends and pups. Working with animals has always been her dream, and she plans to go back to school to continue working towards becoming a Veterinary Technician. She currently lives in Tiger with her two roommates, her two pups, Oli and Cookie, and her roommate’s two kitties, Suki and Poppy.
